小麦增产菌是一种安全、费省、高效、使用简便的新型微生物保健益菌剂。经全国21省市多点试验,增产效果显著,对植物、人、畜无任何不良影响。我县根据省、地安排,于1988年用增产菌在小麦上进行了不同施用方法、不同使用剂量的试验和大田示范,现将结果汇总于后: 一、小区试验 1、材料与方法 (1)不同施用方法:播种前亩用50毫升增产菌拌种,喷雾亩用15毫升,拌种加喷雾亩用增产菌50毫升拌种、亩用15毫升喷雾,对照用清水拌种或喷雾。 (2)不同使用剂量:拌种采用每亩30、40、50、60、70毫升5个处理和1个清水对照进行;喷雾采用每亩10、20、30毫升3个处理和1个清水对照进行。 (3)试验方法:选择土壤肥力中等的麦田进行。小区面积0.03亩,随机排列,重复3次。拌种用种子重量10%的水稀释增产菌。然后用喷雾器或手喷洒,边喷边翻动。使菌液均匀粘附在种子表面,稍晾干后播种;喷雾按每亩增产菌量加水50—60公斤,在小麦分蘖盛期采用手动常量喷
