1990年11月29日,著名电影表演艺术家张瑞芳以上海市政协副主席的身份,率领市政协文化委员会一行16人专程来到地处崇明岛的前进农场,检查和指导农村文化工作。在短短的两天时间里,她兴致勃勃地下基层实地视察文化活动情况,召开座谈会听取基层开展农村文化工作的意见和建议,虽然时光已流转23年,但当时的感人情景,至今仍然深深地印在我的脑海里。
