目前,在滇西北地区专业技术开发管理型人才较为缺乏,特别是计算机行业,很多高职高专毕业生为了找到一份工作,也愿意来到滇西北地区工作。然而,用人单位却反应,这些毕业生的所学与岗位需求脱节,他们仅有简单的计算机理论知识,没有真正的计算机技术。高职教育的目标本是培养能直接在生产、技术、管理和服务第一线的应用型人才,但目前在计算机人才培养上,却出现了仅能使学生完成大专层次的学历教育,而缺乏适应就业岗位更新的可持续发展能力。为此,对计算机人才培养一定要结合市场要求,突出实践性教学及技能训练,还应该从培养模
