目的观察止嗽散联合西药治疗儿童慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将108例慢性咳嗽患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各54例。对照组给予氨溴特罗口服液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用止嗽散治疗,治疗3周后比较2组患儿治疗前后的症状评分、症状改善与消失时间以及总有效率。结果 2组患儿治疗前症状、体征评分比较,差异均无统计意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组评分均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为96.3%,显著高于对照组的79.6%,经统计学分析,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗组患儿咳嗽、咳痰改善时间与消失时间均显著短于对照组,经统计学分析,差异均有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论止嗽散联合西药治疗儿童慢性咳嗽,能够快速、有效地缓解患儿的症状、体征,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhisow Powder combined with Western medicine in treating chronic cough in children. Methods 108 cases of chronic cough children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 54 cases each. The control group was treated with ambroxol oral solution. Conclusion Zhisowan combined western medicine treatment of children with chronic cough, can quickly and effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs of children, improve the therapeutic effect, it is worth clinical promotion.
