建立了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法测定减肥类保健食品中违禁添加的酚酞、西布曲明及其两种衍生物。采用C18色谱柱,以0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液(用乙酸调至pH 4.0)-乙腈(56︰44)为流动相,检测波长225 nm。酚酞、西布曲明及其两种衍生物在0.01~0.2 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,回收率为96.8%~103.0%,RSD小于2.3%。采用液相色谱-串联质谱法验证了阳性结果。
A high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector was developed for the determination of phenolphthalein, sibutramine and their derivatives which were banned in weight-loss health food. A C18 column was used. The mobile phase was 0.02 mol / L ammonium acetate (adjusted to pH 4.0 with acetic acid) - acetonitrile (56:44). The detection wavelength was 225 nm. The linear relationship between phenolphthalein, sibutramine and their two derivatives in the range of 0.01-0.2 mg / ml was good with recovery of 96.8% -103.0% and RSD less than 2.3%. Positive results were confirmed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
