在公路路基工程的压实和补强作业中,对于桥台背、涵侧回填、半填半挖、局部高填方及狭小面积高效机械施工压实作业中出现的一些问题有待解决。高速液压夯实机这一新产品的出现为解决这些工程问题提供了设备保障。高速液压夯实机的基本工作原理是:用液压缸将夯锤提升至一定高度后快速释放;夯锤在重力和液压蓄能器的共同作用下加速下落;落下后击打带缓冲垫的、静压在地面上的夯板;并通过夯板间接夯击地面。高速液压夯实机装在普通装载机的动臂上,可以机动灵活地对不同的夯实作业位置进行准确、快速的夯实,也可以对作业面积进行单点或连续的夯实。
