1953年10月,在推廣先進經驗运動中,我廠青年鉗工倪志福同志改進了三尖鑽头的幾何形狀,创造了一种新型鑽头,進一步地發揮了鑽头的切削性能。这种鑽头耐用度高,能够用加大進刀量及切削速度工作,从而顯著提高生產效率。三年來,在我廠已被廣泛应用。今年,全國先進生產者运動展開後,为了明確倪志福同志所創造的新型鑽头的优越性,以便根据上級領導机關的决定,進一步地推廣这种鑽头,我廠和北京工業学院金屬切削教研組合作,对新型鑽头作了一次比較全面的技術鑑定,進行了一次比較深入的研究。整个研究工作在廠工程師(本文作者)領導下完成。我廠技術員楊克荣同志積極参加了这一研究工作。
In October 1953, in promoting the advanced experience movement, our young fitter, Mr. Ni Zhifu, improved the geometry of the tricone bit and created a new type of bit that further exploited the cutting performance of the bit. This drill is highly durable and can work with increased feed rates and cutting speeds, significantly increasing productivity. Three years, in our factory has been widely used. This year, following the launching of the National Advanced Producer Movement, in order to clarify the superiority of the new type of drill bit created by Comrade Ni Zhifu in order to promote the drill bit further according to the decision of the higher level leading organ, I plant and the Beijing Institute of Technology’s Metal Cutting Teaching and Research Group Cooperation, a new type of drill bit made a more comprehensive technical appraisal, carried out a more in-depth study. The entire research work is done under the leadership of the plant engineer (author). Our technician Yang Kerong actively participated in this research work.
