目的观察血栓通注射液对伴有氯毗格雷抵抗(CR)脑梗死患者的血小板聚集的影响。方法选取2012年3月-2014年8月在天津市天津医院神经科住院的急性脑梗死患者390例,从中挑选存在CR的患者104例,按1:1比例随机分为两组,即对照组和治疗组各52例,对照组患者在常规西医治疗的基础上加用氯毗格雷75 mg/d (口服),治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给子血栓通注射液(5 mL溶于250 mL生理盐水中静脉滴注)。治疗组和对照均治疗14d,对比观察两组最大血小板聚集率的变化。结果治疗后两组患者血小板聚集率均显著降低(P<0.05);且治疗组血小板聚集率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血栓通注射液可降低伴有CR的脑梗死患者的血小板聚集水平,是CR治疗的有益补充。
Objective To observe the effect of Xueshuantong injection on platelet aggregation in patients with clopidogrel-resistant (CR) cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 390 acute cerebral infarction patients admitted to Department of Neurology, Tianjin Hospital of Tianjin from March 2012 to August 2014 were selected. Totally 104 patients with CR were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1: 1, namely control group And 52 cases in the treatment group. Patients in the control group were treated with clopidogrel 75 mg / d (oral) on the basis of conventional western medicine. The patients in the treatment group were treated with ZXT In 250 mL saline intravenous infusion). The treatment group and the control group were treated for 14 days. The changes of the maximum platelet aggregation rate in the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the platelet aggregation rate was significantly decreased in both groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Xueshuantong injection can reduce the level of platelet aggregation in patients with CR complicated with cerebral infarction, which is a beneficial supplement of CR treatment.
