手性配体高分子络合物不仅是色谱法拆分DL-氨基酸的有效固定相,而且对拆分机制的研究,提供了许多便利之处。到目前为止,文献报道的高分子配体络合物骨架,仅限于苯乙烯系、丙烯酰胺系、丙烯酸酯系和乙烯吡啶系。本文研究了在聚乙烯胺树脂上经化学反应引入L-氨基酸并与铜离子络合,生成高分子手性配体树脂。以此树脂为液相色谱固定相,可将DL-苯丙氨酸、DL-组氨酸和DL-色氨酸有效拆分。本文还对影响功能基化反应的诸因素进行了讨论。
The chiral ligand polymer complex is not only an effective stationary phase for the chromatographic resolution of DL-amino acids, but also provides many advantages for the study of the resolution mechanism. So far, reported polymer ligand complex skeleton, limited to styrene, acrylamide, acrylate and vinyl pyridine series. In this paper, we studied the introduction of L-amino acid on the polyvinylamine resin by chemical reaction and the complexation with copper ions to form the polymer chiral ligand resin. Using this resin as the stationary phase of the liquid chromatography, DL-phenylalanine, DL-histidine and DL-tryptophan can be efficiently resolved. This article also discusses the factors that affect functionalization reactions.
