小脑梗死误诊12例原因分析

目的通过对小脑梗死误诊的原因分析,进一步提高小脑梗死的诊断准确率。方法对我院2009-03-2010-01收治入院的小脑梗死病例进行回顾性分析,找出在住院过程中将其误诊的主要原因。结果共有12例小脑梗死患者误诊。造成误诊的主要原因与医生对小脑梗死的认识不足、临床体格检查不仔细、患者临床症状复杂多样有关。结论仔细进行体格检查、及时头颅MRI检查和专科医生治疗是减少小脑梗死误诊的关键。

Objective To analyze the causes of misdiagnosis of cerebellar infarction to further improve the diagnostic accuracy of cerebellar infarction. Methods A retrospective analysis of the cases of cerebellar infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2009 to October 2010 was performed to find out the main causes of misdiagnosis during hospitalization. Results A total of 12 patients with cerebellar infarction were misdiagnosed. The main reason for misdiagnosis and doctors lack of understanding of cerebellar infarction, clinical physical examination is not careful, patients with complex and diverse clinical symptoms related. Conclusion Careful physical examination, timely cranial MRI examination and specialist treatment is the key to reduce the misdiagnosis of cerebellar infarction.
