水土保持监测是水土保持的基础性工作,是水土保持法律法规赋予水行政主管部门的一项重要职能。水土保持监测工作主要是监测水土流失情况,为水土保持工作服务,有利于生态环境的健康发展。近几年来,河南省水土保持监测工作在水土保持公报、监测网络建设管理与运行、雨后监测与调查等方面取得了一定成绩。文章分析了水土保持监测工作的功能和重要性,河南省水土保持监测工作的现状。
Soil and water conservation monitoring is the basic work of soil and water conservation, water and soil conservation laws and regulations give the water administration department is an important function. In recent years, the work of soil and water conservation monitoring in Henan Province has made some achievements in such fields as the bulletin of soil and water conservation, the management and operation of the monitoring network construction, post-rain monitoring and investigation. The paper analyzes the function and importance of soil and water conservation monitoring work and the present situation of soil and water conservation monitoring in Henan Province.
