企业培训的效果虽然受诸多因素的影响,但培训现场的有序组织是保证培训活动取得最终理想效果的前提条件。文章分别从课前准备与培训现场两方面阐述如何高效地组织培训现场。
Although the effect of enterprise training is affected by many factors, the orderly organization of training sites is a prerequisite for ensuring the ultimate satisfactory result of training activities. The article elaborates how to organize the training site effectively from two aspects: pre-class preparation and training.
