目的观察大鼠皮肤肌肉切口牵拉术(SMIR)对切口周围组织NF-κB蛋白表达的影响。方法 24只SD大鼠随机均分为假手术组、SMIR组和对照组。假手术组仅行切割皮肤和肌肉操作;SMIR组在假手术组基础上牵拉皮肤、肌肉1h制作SMIR模型;对照组不做任何处理。Western blot检测各组术后第3、7天切口周围肌肉组织NF-κB蛋白的表达。结果术后第3天,SMIR组NF-κB蛋白表达量较假手术组和对照组升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),第7天,SMIR组NF-κB蛋白表达量仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。假手术组与对照组的NF-κB蛋白表达量均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 SMIR激活切口周围组织,增加NF-κB表达。
Objective To observe the effect of SMIR on the expression of NF-κB in the peri-incision tissue. Methods Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, SMIR group and control group. Sham operation group only cut skin and muscle operation; SMIR group on the basis of the sham group, pulling the skin, muscle 1h SMIR model; control group without any treatment. Western blot was used to detect the expression of NF-κB protein in the muscle tissue around the incision 3 and 7 days after operation. Results On the third day after operation, the expression of NF-κB protein in SMIR group was higher than that in sham operation group and control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). On the seventh day, the expression of NF-κB in SMIR group was still higher than that in control group Group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in NF-κB protein expression between the sham operation group and the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion SMIR activates the surrounding tissues and increases the expression of NF-κB.
