瘢痕性喉狭窄,是喉科的一个棘手问题。瘸程长,因呼吸困难,多数需终身戴管。从1979年～1984年治疗4例。采用喉裂开埋植喉模—硅胶管,取得了较满意的效果。介绍如下: 一般资料男1例,女3例。年龄分别为27岁、32岁、59岁和60岁。其中2例用菜刀或剃头刀刎颈;1例吞服强酸合并食道狭窄;1例被砂轮片击伤喉部。3例外伤者均曾行气管切开单纯缝合伤口。外伤愈合,拔除气管套管后20～40天后呼吸
