按照目前各矿山企业的情况,凿岩打钝了的一字形硬质合金钻头,大都是采用手工直接在砂轮上打磨。这种落后的操作方法,不但磨不出标准的110度园弧刃口,而且硬质合金磨损较多。往往由于一人操作,不能采取冷却措施,磨擦产生的高温使刃口硬质合金钢强度减低,影响凿眼进度和缩短了钎头的有效使用寿命。绝大部分磨后再使用一次就报废了。由于矿山钎头实际使用量很大,所以,损失是很大的。
