以大麻为供试材料,用不同浓度的碳酸钠(Na2CO3)对大麻幼苗进行灌根处理,研究碳酸钠(Na2CO3)对大麻幼苗生长及叶绿素含量、丙二醛、可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,随着碳酸钠(Na2CO3)浓度的增加,大麻幼苗茎长、茎鲜重、根鲜重受抑制程度增加,在浓度50mg/L以上,与对照相比差异显著,叶片中的叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖含量随碳酸钠浓度增加而增加。说明碳酸钠(Na2CO3)对大麻幼苗的生长有着显著的影响。
Using cannabis as test material, cannabis seedlings were drenched with different concentrations of sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) to study the effects of sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) on the growth, chlorophyll content, malondialdehyde and soluble sugar contents of the cannabis seedlings. The results showed that with the increase of Na2CO3 concentration, the stem length, fresh weight and root fresh weight of cannabis seedlings were inhibited at a concentration above 50mg / L, which was significantly different from that of the control. The chlorophyll content , Malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble sugar content increased with the increase of sodium carbonate concentration. This shows that sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) has a significant effect on the growth of cannabis seedlings.
