利用 Form astor Digital全自动相变仪测定了 H13、 S7 钢的临界点,进行了不同工艺的退火试验。利用扫描电镜和 X射线衍射仪,分析了其显微组织、碳化物类型及大小。结果表明了 H13、 S7 钢退火后硬度与碳化物类型及大小、退火工艺间的规律,为工厂合理制定其软化退火工艺提供了依据。
The critical point of H13 and S7 steel was measured by Form astorDigital automatic phase change instrument, and the annealing test of different technology was carried out. Using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis of the microstructure, carbide type and size. The results show that the hardness, carbide type, size and annealing process between H13 and S7 steel after anneal provide the basis for the factory to develop its softening annealing process rationally.
