在经常性的思想政治工作中,有的基层领导干部往往不能用或不用正确的道理说服教育职工,而是用一些“歪歪理”来哄人,只求矛盾的一时解决。
In regular ideological and political work, some grass-root leading cadres often can not convince and educate staff with or without the right truth. Instead, they use some “crooked reasoning” to coax others and seek only a temporary resolution of conflicts.
