考虑当前贫煤价格的上涨趋势和日益严格的环保要求,针对某电厂330 MW贫煤锅炉效率低、NOx排放量大、排烟温度较高等问题,提出对相关设备进行改造,变更锅炉燃用煤种,研究了改造前、后不同的燃烧条件对锅炉性能产生的影响,结果表明:贫煤锅炉改烧烟煤后,锅炉运行性能超过燃用原先的设计贫煤,同时利用双尺度低NOx燃烧技术可大幅度降低NOx排放量;乏气送粉系统的运行方式不仅影响炉内煤粉的燃烧状态和温度分布,也影响NOx的生成和排放,当锅炉高负荷运行(300 MW以上)时,3台排粉风机带4层燃烧器运行性能最佳;同时为降低排烟温度,运行过程中可以适当关小制粉系统旁路风门。
