本试验采用随机分组的设计方法,选用一冬龄草鱼180尾随机分成6组,每组3个重复,每重复10尾鱼,对照组不加酶,试验组中一组为溢多酶898A,另四组为不同厂家生产的饲用酶制剂,分别编号为E1、E2、E3、E4,5个试验组分别添加1‰的溢多酶898A、E1、E2、E3、E4进行对比试验,经50天饲养试验,结果数据经方差分析、多重比较表明:添加溢多酶898A组的相对生长率、饵料系数极显著优于其它各试验组和对照组(P<0.01),肥满度显著高于其它各组(P<0.05)。
In this study, a randomized grouping design method was used. One hundred and eighty-one winter-aged grass carp were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates in each group, 10 fish in each replicate, and no enzyme in the control group.
