经土壤普查化验分析,我县酸性、微酸性土壤占73.97%,面积这样大,如何合理制定配方施肥方案呢?我们本着探索的目的,在酸性土(pH5.6)上进行这次小麦施用钼肥的试验。试验设五个处理(拌种、基肥、分蘖期喷施、孕穗期喷施、对照),重复3次,随机区组排列,小区面积0.02亩,每小区用磷肥(过磷酸钙,含五氧化二磷17%)0.8公斤,人畜粪35公斤,尿素0.25斤,磷肥和人畜粪全部作基肥,尿素80%作底肥,20%作追肥,钼肥用钼酸铵,供试品种绵阳15号,收获时采用单打单晒单称重。经试验分析,处理间达显著水准,重复间不显著,多重比较的结果,拌种效果最好,与对照
