在滇中产业聚集区要“引领和带动全省外向型特色优势产业基地建设”的定位下,8组团的产业布局有的早已出发,有的则从零开始。根据《云南桥头堡滇中产业聚集区发展规划》,干细胞运用、纳米技术新材料、3D打印等高精技术研发和运用将落户滇中产业聚集区。和滇中各地之前的产业格局相比,这个规划中的产业规划尽显“高大上”。滇中产业聚集区由嵩明、安宁、碧城、楚雄、禄丰、易门、寻甸、马龙等8大组团构成,这些区域作为桥头堡建设的核心区域,近年来也遭遇一些制约
