钢琴教师要不要坚持演奏实践,在今天已经是一个毫无争议的话题。近年来,各专业音乐院校都设立了每年教师演奏考核或汇报音乐会的制度,并以此作为考核教师教学能力的一个指标,把教师的演奏能力和教学水平相提并论。可见,我们已越来越认识到肩负着普及与提高钢琴教学工作的钢琴教师参与、坚持各种形式的演奏实践——独奏、重奏或伴奏,对提高钢琴教学水平和质量有着积极、重要的影响。笔者作为一名青年钢琴教师,在钢琴教学实践中深深体会到坚持各类演奏实践对提高钢琴教学水平的重要意义。
Whether the piano teacher should insist on playing practice is already a controversial topic today. In recent years, all professional music colleges have set up a system of annual teacher performance examination or report concert, and as an indicator of teachers’ teaching ability, the performance ability of teachers and teaching level are compared. We can see that we have become more aware of the involvement of piano teachers in popularizing and improving their piano teaching. They have insisted that various forms of performance practice - solo, trilogy or accompaniment, have a positive and important impact on improving the quality and level of piano teaching . As a young piano teacher, I deeply understand in practice of piano teaching that insisting on all kinds of playing practices is of great significance to improve the teaching level of piano.
