构建和谐社会,是我们党从中国特色社会主义事业总体布局和全面建设小康社会全局出发提出的重大战略任务,坚持以人为本是构建和谐社会的本质要求。中学生是祖国的未来,中学时代是人生观、世界观、价值观形成的关键时期,所以,就人的一生而言,坚持以人为本,应当首先从学生时代抓起。教育教学实践证明,坚持以学生为本,最为重要的是要构建一个和谐的教学氛围,使学生和谐成长。就思想品德课而言,要构建一个和谐的课堂,倾心关爱学生,注重情感性是前提;理顺师生关系,提倡民主性是基础;力求教学相长,突出主体性是关键。
Building a harmonious society is a major strategic task our party put forward from the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the overall situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way. To adhere to the people-oriented principle is the essential requirement for building a harmonious society. Middle school students are the future of the motherland. Middle school days are the key period in the outlook on life, world outlook and values. Therefore, as far as people's life is concerned, insisting on people-oriented should start from the era of students. Education and teaching practice has proved that students adhere to the core, the most important thing is to build a harmonious teaching atmosphere, so that students grow in harmony. As far as the ideological and moral lessons are concerned, it is necessary to construct a harmonious classroom, to care for the students and to pay attention to the sentimentality. To straighten out the relationship between teachers and students and to promote democracy is the foundation. Striving for teaching and giving prominence to subjectivity is the key.
