提起滑冰道,水产战线广大职工都较为熟悉,从外观看结构并不怎么复杂,而且“犹如一桥飞架南北”,真是气势壮观,一目了然。但是要使滑冰道适用,而且要使同一坡度的滑冰道在温度、湿度相差悬殊的冬、夏二个季节里达到同一效果(即冬不快、夏不慢)是比较难办的。这里不仅要求选用合适的坡度,而且为适应不同季节的需要,还要使其坡度能够调整。因此,多年来,水产战线广大职工流传这样一个顺口歌:“冰道好建坡难选,坡度不当误生产,人、财、物、时、全浪费,调坡试用又一年”。
