1 工程概况 位于宁波市镇明路与冷静街交叉路口的月湖农贸市场工程,是一座集农贸产品交易、办公及住宅等多种功能于一体的群体建筑,建筑面积27466m~2,建筑平面布置分A、B1、B2三个区域(图1)。A区设地下室一层,基坑深度平均4.27m,局部深6.29m,其工程桩采用φ400预应力混凝土薄壁管桩,桩长44.15m,共388根,单桩承载力标准值900kN,以⑦-1
1 Project Overview Located at the intersection of Yueming Road and Jingjing Street in Ningbo City, Yuehu Farmers Market Project is a collective building integrating agricultural products trading, office and residential functions with a total floor area of 27466m 2. Points A, B1, B2 three regions (Figure 1).
