本文提出了一种基于主轴转速的机床热误差状态方程模型。该模型利用机床主轴转速而不是用机床温度场预报机床的热变形,因此极大简化了其应用。采用了连续系统状态空间模型辨识方法对状态空间模型进行辨识。实验结果表明状态空间模型可以满足要求,且优于直接利用最小二乘法对线性差分方程辨识所得的结果。
This paper presents a machine tool thermal error state equation model based on spindle speed. The model uses the machine tool spindle speed instead of the machine tool temperature field to predict thermal deformation of the machine, thus greatly simplifying its application. The continuous state space model identification method is adopted to identify the state space model. The experimental results show that the state space model can meet the requirements and is better than the result of linear differential equation identification using the least square method.
