笔者针对提升档案管理人员运用法治思维和法治方式能力存在的问题,从个人层面和社会层面两个方面提出了提升档案管理人员运用法治思维和法治方式能力的建议与措施,以期为档案管理人员的工作提供一些参考。
The author puts forward some suggestions and measures for enhancing the ability of archivists to use the rule of law and the rule of law from both personal and social aspects in order to enhance the capacity of archivists to apply the rule of law and rule of law. Work to provide some reference.
