目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺功能亢进症诊断中的临床应用及价值。方法:40例患有甲状腺功能亢进症的患者,进行彩色多普勒超声检测,同时选取同期甲状腺正常者40例作为对照,观察患者甲状腺大小及血流分布情况,测量血流量及流速。结果:甲亢组PSV值左侧为1.12±0.15,右侧为1.17±0.17,高于对照组0.38±0.07、0.39±0.08,差异显著(P<0.05);甲亢组动脉内径左侧为1.91±0.21,右侧为1.90±0.33,高于对照组2.17±0.39、2.20±0.45,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声检测甲状腺功能亢进症,快速无创,可用来鉴别甲状腺类疾病,并能准确测量甲状腺功能亢进症患者甲状腺上动脉管径和收缩期最大流速Vmax,利于定性及定量分析,为临床诊断和治疗提供客观依据,有重要的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application and value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism. Methods: Forty patients with hyperthyroidism underwent color Doppler ultrasonography. Forty patients with normal thyroid gland at the same time were selected as control. The thyroid size and blood flow distribution were observed and the blood flow and velocity were measured. Results: The PSV of hyperthyroidism group was 1.12 ± 0.15 on the left and 1.17 ± 0.17 on the right, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (0.38 ± 0.07,0.39 ± 0.08, P <0.05) , The right side of 1.90 ± 0.33, higher than the control group 2.17 ± 0.39,2.20 ± 0.45, significant difference (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Color Doppler ultrasonography is a fast and noninvasive method for the diagnosis of thyroid diseases. It can accurately measure the diameter of the thyroid artery and the maximum systolic velocity Vmax in patients with hyperthyroidism, which is conducive to qualitative and quantitative analysis. Provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and have important application value.
