为了加速专利地图的普及应用,培养专利分析和预警工作的骨干人才,提高专利分析和预警的实际操作能力,使学员尽快了解专利地图的全貌,学会专利分析和预警的新思路、新方法,上海图书馆上海科学技术情报研究所、上海市科学技术情报学会等单位决定共同举办“2014年专利地图与专利分析高级培训班”。培训班全面系统地讲解专利地图与专利预警分析的理论与实践,使后来者尽快入门,使进入者尽快深造。培训结束后,由上海市科学技术情报学会颁发相应证书。培训完成后,学员可以进一步申请专利分析进修学者,来上海科学技术情报研究所接受面对面的辅导实战,可以利用
In order to speed up the popularization and application of patent maps, cultivate the backbone talents in patent analysis and early warning work, improve the practical operation ability of patent analysis and early warning so that students can understand the whole picture of patent map as soon as possible, learn new ideas and methods of patent analysis and early warning, Shanghai Shanghai Science and Technology Information Institute Library, Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology Intelligence and other units decided to jointly hold “2014 Patent Map and Patent Analysis Advanced Training Course.” The training course will comprehensively and systematically explain the theory and practice of patent map and patent early warning analysis, so that those who come later will get started as soon as possible so that the entrants can deepen their studies as soon as possible.
