改革开放以来,我区的社会经济取得了飞快的发展,对外开放的引进外资方面也取得了令人瞩目的成绩。综观新疆20多年的发展进程,新疆吸收、利用外资的成绩与我们国家改革开放的政策指引和政府的大力支持密切相关。但是,我区在利用外资方面还存在地区和产业间的不均衡问题,强调对新疆投资环境的评价和改善具有十分重要的现实意义,将为新疆进一步扩大吸引外资和发展经济打下理论基础。
Since the reform and opening up, the social and economic development of our region has witnessed rapid development. The opening up of foreign investment has also made remarkable achievements. Looking at the development of Xinjiang for more than 20 years, the achievements of Xinjiang in absorbing and utilizing foreign investment are closely related to the policy guidelines of our country under the guidance of reform and opening up and the strong support from the government. However, there are still problems of imbalance between regions and industries in the utilization of foreign investment in our region. It is of great practical significance to stress the evaluation and improvement of the investment environment in Xinjiang and lay a theoretical foundation for further expansion of attracting foreign investment and economic development in Xinjiang.
