在过去较长一段历史时期内,高炉的冷却结构一向是渣口中心线以下采用光面冷却壁,渣口中心线以上安装冷却箱和冷却板。1953年开始引用镶砖冷却壁。最初,仅安装在原来安装光面冷却壁的部位,然后,逐渐扩大到风口区域、炉腹、炉腰和炉身。在扩大使用镶砖冷却壁的同时,有些高炉的炉身部分全部安装了支梁式冷却箱。这样以来,高炉的冷却结构在差不多十年内变革较大。本文拟以这次变革为中心,谈谈冷却结构上的若干问题。
In the past a long period of history, the cooling structure of the blast furnace has always been the use of smooth cooling wall below the center line of the slag mouth, cooling tank and cooling plate installed above the center line of the slag mouth. In 1953 began to quote tile stave.
