国有企业是中国特色社会主义的重要物质基础和政治基础,是我们党执政兴国的重要支柱和依靠力量。国有企业领导干部是党在经济领域的执政骨干,是治国理政复合型人才的重要来源,既要政治上过硬,也要业务能力强,要具备企业家和经理人的能力素质。《中共中央国务院关于深化国有企业改革的指导意见》要求推行企业经理层成员任期制和契约化管理,严格任期管理和目标考核。做好国有企业干部综合考核评价,具有很强的现实意义。
State-owned enterprises are an important material and political foundation for socialism with Chinese characteristics and an important pillar and strength for our party in governing and rejuvenating the country. Leading cadres in state-owned enterprises are the backbone of the party’s governing in the economic field and an important source of compound talents for governing the country. They should not only be politically competent but also have strong operational capabilities and possess the qualities of entrepreneurs and managers. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council’s Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Reform of State-owned Enterprises require the implementation of terms of office and contractual management of the members of the enterprise managers, strict term management and target assessment. Do a good job of comprehensive evaluation of state-owned enterprise cadres, with strong practical significance.
