With the full support of Beijing Farm Bureau under the care of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Bureau, China National Reclamation and Cultivation North China Rice Cultivation Academic and Production Technology Experience Exchange Conference hosted by China National Reclamation and Cultivation Association of Northern Rice Cultivation was held from September 2 to September 5, 1994 at Beijing Bureau of Fragrant Hill Farm Bureau was held.
