运用先进的职业教育人才培养理念,对化工技术类专业建设和教学改革的着力点进行了分析,探索提出了“四层次递进式”专业人才培养方案和能力本位多平台融通的工学结合教学模式,构建工作过程导向的项目化课程体系,提出了项目化课程教学过程设计与实施方案。
