(一)去年冬学的一些情况现在是冬季。老解放区历年来的习惯与传统,都在冬季办冬学。多年的经验证明,冬学是推行农民业余教育的一种重要方式。去年的冬学,在土改已完成的老区,一般的都採取了以文化学习为主的方针。对于文化学习,农民的表现是要求热烈、情绪积极。据华北、东北、华东几个地区不完整的统计,去年共办了冬学二十一万三千四百八十一处,吸收了一千二百万以上农民参加学习。收获很大,一般学员都认只了二百字左右,好的学会了四五百字,能记账,写便条与简单书信。特别好的甚至学会千字上
