为了明确烟草青枯病的危害对烟株根际土壤螨类和弹尾虫发生的影响,于2013年7-9月在重庆市彭水县烟区青枯病发病典型试验地进行了调查,共捕获土壤动物27 169头,其中螨类和弹尾虫共占86%~99%.研究结果表明,在发病初期,发病烟株(3级以下)根际土中螨类和弹尾虫的数量与健康植株相比差异均不具有统计学意义(p>0.05);在发病中期,仅3级以下烟株0~10cm根际土中的螨类和弹尾虫数量显著高于5~7级和9级(p<0.05);但在发病后期,无论是0~10cm还是10~20cm的3级以下烟株的螨类数量均显著高于5~7级和9级(p<0.05),而9级的弹尾虫数量显著高于3级以下和5~7级(p<0.05);随着发病时间的推移,根际土中螨类和弹尾虫的比值随着青枯病危害程度的加剧而显著降低(p<0.05).青枯病危害强烈影响根际土壤螨类和弹尾虫的发生.
In order to clarify the effect of tobacco bacterial wilt on the occurrence of soil mites and mollusk in the rhizosphere soil of tobacco plants, a survey was carried out in the typical experimental site of the occurrence of bacterial wilt in the tobacco area of Pengshui County in July-September 2013, A total of 27 169 soil animal species were captured, of which mites and bulbul accounted for 86% -99%. With the passage of time, the ratio of mites and spring bugs in rhizosphere soil varied with bacterial wilt (P <0.05), and the harm of bacterial wilt strongly influenced the occurrence of mites and the spawning of rhizosphere soil.
