党的十四大提出建立社会主义市场经济体制,对我国改革开放和经济建设将产生极大的推动,也对广播、电视、报纸提出了更高的要求。报纸、电视、广播既要适应社会主义市场经济的发展扩大信息量,又要发挥舆论的引导作用,激发读者、听众、观众坚持党的基本路线,投身社会主义建设,并注意抵御资本主义和封建主义腐朽思想的侵蚀。
The 14th CPC National Congress proposed that the establishment of a socialist market economic system will bring about tremendous impetus to the reform and opening up as well as economic construction in our country and will also place higher demands on radio, television and newspapers.
