我所就20对习惯性流产、早产、死产的夫妇进行了遗传咨询分析及外周血染色体培养。现将病因初步分析如下: 20例中胎儿畸形2例,有流产家族史5例,夫妇ABO血型不合3例,染色体异常2例,子宫肌瘤和结核色块2例,原因未明6例。 1.染色体因素:××患者结婚三年自然流产两次,每次均在孕70天左右,自发流产。否认有害物质接触史和遗传家族史。其母在孕该患时,多次感冒发热服了大量药物(药名不详)。外周血染色体核型为45XX-D+t(13q14b)。其爱人外周血染色体核型正常。由此看来该患流产的原因在于13,14号染色体发生了平衡易位。该患和正常男性婚配后,可有1/3机率出现正常后代,有2/3机率出现13.14单体和13.14三体胎儿,这样的胚胎不能存活,而自然流产。 2.ABO、Rh血型不亲合也是导致流产、早产、死产一个重要原因,我们查到有3例,患者结婚四年,
