以马克思地租理论为指导 ,阐明市场经济条件下我国林地地租的内涵及特征 :求出零级土地的立地指数等级和各立地等级的年级差地租 ,从总地租中分离出绝对地租和级差地租。
Under the guidance of Marx’s land rent theory, this paper illustrates the connotation and characteristics of forest land rent in our country under the condition of market economy. It obtains the grade index of zero-grade land and grade-difference rent of each grade and grade, and separates the absolute rent and differential rent from the total rent.
