目的:探究临床路径管理促进医院医疗管理水平提高的价值。方法:将我院收治的206例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,前者接受常规模式管理,后者采取临床路径管理,对比两组的管理效果。结果:观察组住院费用及住院时间相比于对照组明显下降,患者诊疗满意度则显著高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过开展临床路径管理,可减少患者的治疗费用与时间,提高其诊疗满意度,从而实现医疗管理水平的提升。
Objective: To explore the value of clinical path management to promote the improvement of hospital medical management. Methods: A total of 206 patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The former received general pattern management while the latter adopted clinical path management to compare the management effects of the two groups. Results: The cost of hospitalization and hospital stay in observation group decreased significantly compared with that in control group, and the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Through clinical path management, patients’ treatment costs and time can be reduced, their satisfaction of diagnosis and treatment can be improved, and the level of medical management can be improved.
