目的制备地龙β-环糊精包合物,改善其溶解性及去除不良气味。方法以次黄嘌呤为指标,考察β-环糊精加入比例、温度及时间对包合工艺的影响,并进行包合物口感满意度及溶解性检测。结果地龙(生药)-β-环糊精的比例为15∶1,70℃下超声处理60 min,次黄嘌呤平均包合率为80.31%,口感满意度为90%以上,溶解度有较大改善。结论地龙β-环糊精包合工艺可行,并可有效解决地龙不良气味问题。
Aim To prepare the β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound, improve its solubility and remove bad odors. Methods Hypoxanthine was used as an index to investigate the effect of β-cyclodextrin addition ratio, temperature and time on the inclusion process, and the inclusion satisfaction and solubility were tested. Results The ratio of dextromethorphan (β-cyclodextrin) was 15:1, ultrasonic treatment was performed at 70 ℃ for 60 min, the average inclusion rate of hypoxanthine was 80.31%, the taste satisfaction was over 90% and the solubility was greater improve. Conclusion Dilong β-cyclodextrin inclusion process is feasible and can effectively solve the problem of bad smell of earthworm.
