《科技创业》认为：公元2006年,不折不扣应成为中国的创业年。辞旧迎新之际,回顾和盘点成为我们的一项重要工作。这项工作令我们激情澎湃。我们意识到：所有的创业者都处在历史的机遇口。进口处显赫地标着2006的字样,出口处却什么也没标——苍天、白云、落叶、寒冷,千里海疆,万里长城……属于我们的创业方向和成功路径,都得由我们自己找寻、描绘和摸索。机遇就地这样,对人人公平,为人人所有,能读懂把握并付诸实施且有收获的总是寥若星辰。因此,我们需要回头阅读审视过去的2006,任何读不懂行昨天的人,不可能知晓明天的风云变幻。对我们创业者而言,不可抑制的脚步,稍有不慎,就一失足成千古恨,更有必要伴随我们的阅读和盘点。
