目的观察奥沙利铂的外周神经毒性。方法 60例肿瘤患者随机分为两组,每组30例。预防组在使用奥沙利铂时预防性使用10%的葡萄糖酸钙30ml及还原型谷胱苷肽2.4mg,连用3d;对照组未预防性治疗,但化疗方案同预防组。分别比较两组神经毒性的总发生率及外周神经毒性级别。结果两组患者外周神经毒性总发生率和3级外周神经毒性发生率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论使用奥沙利铂时预防性注射葡萄糖酸钙及还原型谷胱甘肽,可以减少神经毒性的发生。
Objective To observe the peripheral neurotoxicity of oxaliplatin. Methods Sixty patients with cancer were randomly divided into two groups (n = 30 in each group). Prevention group in the use of oxaliplatin prophylaxis 10% calcium gluconate 30ml and reduced glutathione 2.4mg, used in combination 3d; control group was not preventive treatment, but the chemotherapy regimen with the prevention group. The total incidence of neurotoxicity and peripheral neurotoxicity levels were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity and grade 3 peripheral neurotoxicity in both groups were significantly different (all P <0.05). Conclusion Oxaliplatin prophylactic injection of calcium gluconate and reduced glutathione can reduce the occurrence of neurotoxicity.
