选择血清肌酐正常、无上尿路梗阻、无胃肠道和心脏疾病的病人,甲组166人,乙组168人,分别进行快速和慢速注射法尿路排泄性造影,就其不良反应作比较。所用造影剂为Sodium and meglumine io-xitalamate(Telebrix),每毫升含碘380毫克。剂量按每公斤体重1.5毫升给予。从肘前静脉注入。快速组用16号针,10秒注完;慢速组用19号针,两分钟注完。
