为维修我矿一台KZG型锅炉,急需弯制一批钢管。由于该钢管管壁薄、弯形多、难度大、质量要求高,手工弯制难以达到质量要求。为此,我们自行设计制造了一台简易弯管机,它与手工弯管相比,可提高生产效率20多倍,不仅加工工艺简单、不需加热、节约能源,而且弯制的产品质量好、外形美观、无皱折、无损伤、椭圆度小,能弯制1/2～1/4in的钢管,整机重量仅200kg。
