翰威特最近公布的“亚洲最佳雇主调查”发现:最佳雇主的 CEO 们与员工交流公司经营战略和发展方向的频繁程度是其他公司的2.5倍;最佳雇主公司并不太为人才短缺问题而感到烦恼;最佳雇主的员工认为,他们的工作环境有助于自己最大限度地发挥工作效率;最佳雇主公司中,89%的员工觉得从工作中得到成就感,其他公司只有60%;最佳雇主公司中,83%的员工感到每天工作精力十足,其他公司只有不到50%;在企业营收的增长方面,最佳雇主公司普遍高于其他公司。
Hewitt’s recently released Asia’s Best Employers Survey found that CEOs of the best employers communicate with their employees about 2.5 times more often than ever before in the company’s business strategy and direction and that the best employer companies are not Talent is frustrated; best employer employees think their work environment helps them maximize their productivity; 89% of the best employer companies feel they get a sense of accomplishment from work, and other companies have only 60% of employers; 83% of the best employer companies feel that they work hard every day, less than 50% of other companies; Best employer companies are generally better than others in terms of revenue growth.
