将确认为同源四倍体的何首乌试管苗进行田间移栽,考察其田间农艺性状,并采用高效液相法测定块根中的二苯乙烯苷含量。结果表明:在考察的19个四倍体株系中,14个株系的块根产量显著高于对照二倍体;所有四倍体块根中的二苯乙烯苷含量均高于二倍体,其中最高者比二倍体株系高79.22%;17个株系的二苯乙烯苷单株生产量高于二倍体50%。这一结果为何首乌同源四倍体优良品种的推广应用提供了科学依据。
The plantlets of Polygonum miliaceum which were identified as autotetraploid were transplanted in the field and their agronomic traits were investigated. The content of stilbene glycosides in tuberous roots was determined by HPLC. The results showed that among the 19 tetraploid strains examined, the root tuber yield of 14 strains was significantly higher than that of the control diploid; the content of stilbene glycosides in all tetraploid roots was higher than that of diploid, The highest yield was 79.22% higher than diploid lines. The yield of stilbene glycosides per plant in 17 lines was higher than that of diploid lines by 50%. This result provides a scientific basis for the popularization and application of tetraploid varieties of Polygonum multiflorum.
