今年两会之后,关于加强中国国际传播能力的提升成了一个热门话题。国际传播能力建设关系国家利益、国家形象和国家安全,关系改革开放和社会主义现代化建设大局,是一项系统的战略工程。中国加强国际传播能力建设的特殊意义在于,随着中国综合国力的增长,中国已经成为一个在全球范围内拥有广泛利益的世界性大国,但与中国国家的国际地位和影响力相比,中国国际传播能力还有较大的差距。
After the two sessions this year, the promotion of strengthening China’s international communication capability has become a hot topic. International communication capacity-building is a systematic strategic project concerning the national interests, the national image and national security as well as the overall situation of reform, opening up and socialist modernization. The special significance of China in building its capacity for international communication lies in the fact that with the growth of China’s overall national strength, China has become a world power with a wide range of interests worldwide. However, compared with the international status and influence of China, China International Dissemination capacity there is a big gap.
