会议室里寂静无声,十多名同志一丝不苟地伏案疾书。这是日前统战部在一次业务会议上对文书档案员进行考核的情景。近年来,中央统战部机关文书档案队伍年轻化、知识化程度有所提高。但是,随着统战工作面的扩展,仍然存在业务素质与工作需要不相应的问题。为了调动工作人员的积极性,改进和提高文书档案工作的质量,部办公厅于今年4月举办了为期6天的文书档案员培训班,组织全体文书档案员进修业务知识,并对他们进行了考核。之后,又组织从事文秘工作的同志,举办了一期文书档案工作展览,形象生动地展现了本部文书档案工作的发展历史和规范标准。7月30日,
